The pathway to success series
The Pathway to Success Series (PTSS) is designed to help motivated students achieve their goals of obtaining a Post-Secondary Education. This series focuses on academic goal setting with the intent of increasing the representation of minoritized leaders in the public, private, and non profit sector.

The following are direct outcomes after applying A.I.P's curriculum and methodology. We are proud of our results and continue to perform research and analysis to uncover areas for improvement in design and execution.

College readiness: goal setting and mapping of pathway to college acceptance, cultural advocacy and access to HBCU’s, increase in academic performance through advocacy.
Culturally: Understanding of past and current educational policies relevant to their culture, understanding of how a post-secondary education increases their economic mobility, increased desire to advocate for their peers, “Power Play” developed to navigate their individual network of advocates.
Socially: Access to professional leaders of color through A.I.P. network, increased connection to school, increased connection to the surrounding community, increased self-confidence and established goals with tangible outcomes.
