AIP engages K-12 public, private, and charter schools in ideas that center educator intrinsic and extrinsic motivators. We co-degisn models that are D.E.I focused, adaptable to a variety of school cultures and climates, and sustainable for long-term impact.

Pre-consultations for executive, district, & school based leadership.

Development of “Dream Design Proposal” capturing the WHY behind the deliverables and outlining the process of implementation in a comprehensive PDF.

Quantitative and Qualitative assessment data to capture the holistic needs of our clients.

Engage all internal & external stakeholders to assess collaborative opportunities for models of collective impact & community based inclusion.

Organize data informed meetings and discussions around strengths and opportunities for growth


Option for continued consulting for train the trainer models of implementation, continued coaching and consulting with stakeholders, and recommendations for year 3-5

Assess if client will be facilitating designs or collaborating with A.I.P. to implement critical components to ensure a "Strong-Start" to professional development opportunities.

Work with the client to provide foundational systemic recommendations for sustainability for year 2.

A.I.P Design Opportunities

Outside of our tiered model we offer hourly design services/opportunities to help imapct specific initatives and desired outcomes of your educational institutions. Services are: 

Design Menu:

  • Educator Racial Caucus Design/Facilitation (District Level and School Level)

  • In-School Leadership Development Programming for youth.

  • After School Leadership Development Programming for youth.

  • Summer Learning Opportunities for youth.

  • District and school wide culture and climate assessment designs and models for all stakeholders.

Achieving Success Through Engagement Model is a tiered model that focuses on ensuring true diversity, equity, and inclusion for all stakeholders involved in our process.
